Artist Notes: A New York City original piece that spawned upon my arrival to the Big Apple. This piece serves as the saying “When God gives you lemons, make lemonade.” But in my defence I made pomegranate juice.
I moved to New York with no material but with the little money I had at the time, I made something out of nothing. All second hand from a thrift shop.
This piece made its debut at MOBIFest’s 2023 Art Exhibition titled ‘Thrive.’
