The root chakra. The emotional and physical link. Scorpio. Force and power transfer. I’ve been so obsessed with the pelvis. I did some further research to find that the pelvic floor is no other than the stirring wheel of our energy in our bodies.
Linking this part of our body to the need to create has been my focus. We move the hips we move our energy. We begin to force the work here. We need our hips to move. We need our posture in control in order to inflict action in our world. It only makes sense.
